The main altar is set up in the center of the room. Each of the four primary elements are
    represented by candles on the central table. The fifth candle is set up at one end of the room. On
    the table at each corner are set the elemental representatives in their directions.

    Water     A bowl of seashells in water
    Air         Incense burner or bowl of flowers
    Fire       Blade collection
    Earth     A clay bowl of various stones.

    A small altar is set to the side
    Sprit/gate One candle & a staff
    The Cakes & the wine with the drinking horn.

    THE ACTORS

    The elementals                    From the crowd, 4 persons chose their directions
    The gatekeeper/priest/ess      Who guides the direction.
    The crowd                           Everyone who came

    ACTION!

    CASTING THE CIRCLE

    Gatekeeper lights the primary candle with the ritual Zippo
    (or Bic if the pookas have snitched the Zippo again) and says,

    "from one light do all lights come
    From one ocean do all waters flow
    one soul does all life share."

    Lighter is then passed to the guardian of flame who continue
    the circle deosil,

   "Hail to the South, volcanic breezes,
    Herald of sultry nights.
    We summon you to this circle"
    All-"Hail & welcome"

   " Hail to the West, sunset summers,
    Herald of night begun, and nights to come.
    We summon you to this circle"
    All-"Hail & welcome"

    "Hail to the North, winters breath,
    Herald of silence in septpulture of ice
    We summon you to this circle"
    All-"Hail & welcome"

    "Hail to the East, earthen matron,
    Herald of cycles, future, past
    We summon you to this circle"
    All-"Hail & welcome"

    Now back to the gatekeeper who says.
    "We stand now in a place not of the daylight world
    Not material, but spirit
    Not of masks but the true face within.
    The circle is closed."

    The order of buesness is now evoked and performed
 

    FOOD & DRINK

    Two of the Elementals take the cakes & the horn from the table.

    "In the beginning the was the creator,
    from her are all things came
    the predator and the prey
    the darkness & the light
    Are in cycle within her.
    To all she gives a place in the circle of life."
    The passing of the cakes & wine around the circle deosil
 

    CLOSING CIRCLE

    After the crowd has finished the food, the elementals take their
    places at their respective quarters to close. Each dowsing their
    candle as they banish.

    "Hail to the East,
    Guardian of Earth
    We bid you hail & farewell"
    All-"Hail & farewell"

    "Hail to the North,
    Guardian of Air
    We bid you hail & farewell"
    All-"Hail & farewell"

    "Hail to the West,
    Guardian of Water
    We bid you hail & farewell"
    All-"Hail & farewell"

    "Hail to the South,
    Guardian of Fire
    We bid you hail & farewell"
    All-"Hail & farewell"

    The last person is the gatekeeper who opens the circle.

    "from one light do all lights come
    to one light to all lights return
    the circle is open, never unbroken."
