    NANA'S TATERS

Night & Morning. Bake a half dozen large taters. Or two for each person.

    MORNING-

Heat frypan with your choice of oil. Sprinkle in garlic or chile powder. Take the cold baked taters. Chop up (pretend it was that guy who ignored you last night) to chunks about 2x1x1 when oil is hot toss in, stir fry till golden brown on each side.

    GOLLUM"S FISH FRY

Take a white fish of your choice, Fillet.
Melt 1 pat of butter for every three square inches of fish . Place frying pan on medium heat. Lay fish on top of melted butter, scale side down. Dribble honey across the top. Wait Three minutes - (or one eye with liner). Flip him (do other eye) Fish is done.

    HOT CHICKEN CAKE

    Take chicken pieces.

Grab a box of Cornmeal mix Throw in the required egg and milk. Now add 1/4 teaspoon Paprika, Chile Powder, Tabasco Sauce, Curry, Crushed Red Pepper, Black Pepper, Garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, and two tablespoons of Soy Sauce (or two of those takeout packets). If its not hot enough, add more - the baking takes the edge off.

Lay your clean chicken in a Pyrex like baking pan-pour the batter over it and bake at 300 degrees for 20 mi., or go check your e-mail.

    FLUFFYCAKE

No, not the cat - no matter what she did in the tub this morning.. Heat a small frying pan with your choice of oils. TURN DOWN HEAT TO LOW! Crack two eggs into it when hot, and one tablespoon of cornmeal mix, slop in a tad of mustard and stir real fast. Let sit until it rises about two minutes on low heat - this is good when you are in a rush and won't drink on an empty stomach.

    MEAT

Tear or cut your choice of flesh to chunks about an inch square. In a shallow dish, pour equal parts of Soy Sauce and Teriyaki Sauce, plus 1/2 teaspoon JaneÕs Crazy Salt &/or minced garlic. Toss the chunks in there for few hours (go out if you like, but don't let the cat get this!) When you return hours later, you have a choice,
    1. Make Raman according to packet, but instead of pouring in that nasty chemical flavoring, toss in the meat after you drain the noodles.
    2. Place on long skewers with bits of peppers, water chestnuts, onions, carrots, mushrooms and lay on a flame pit until cooked.
    3. Heap some onto a Fluffycake made in a large frying pan, roll up and carry with you
    4. Eat as is (yum!)
